We are looking for a highly driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who can generate new recruitment clients, build lasting relationships, and successfully deliver recruitment assignments from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new recruitment clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements and business needs.
  • Negotiate recruitment terms and secure new recruitment mandates.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to successful placement.
  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across multiple industries.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and recruitment systems.
  • Achieve monthly targets for both client acquisition and successful placements.
  • Represent the company professionally while delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience.
Requirements
  • Must currently be based in the UAE.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE recruitment agency experience.
  • Proven experience in acquiring recruitment clients through business development.
  • Demonstrated success in closing recruitment assignments and placements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
  • Existing network within the UAE business community is a strong advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
