Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting activities.Develop and implement financial record-keeping systems and operational processes.Oversee audits to ensure adherence to financial and accounting regulations.Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide variance analysis insights.Coordinate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain cash flow balance.Prepare budget forecasts and provide financial guidance for business planning.Assist in the management of tax compliance and preparation of tax documents.Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management for decision-making.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.Participate in the development and maintenance of financial policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field is required.Certified as ACCA, CPA, or CA with proven professional experience in accounting.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and GAAP standards.Proficiency with accounting software and experience with ERP systems is advantageous.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and report findings.
