Credon is a fast-growing organization operating in a dynamic startup environment. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team and support our day-to-day administrative and financial operations as we scale.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Admin & Accounts Executive who can independently manage core accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and has a strong foundation in both operations and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and basic accounting functions (invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliations, etc.)
  • Handle general administrative duties and office coordination
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes as needed
  • Assist in managing HR-related documentation and employee records
  • Independently manage end-to-end office operations
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records in compliance with company policies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounting/bookkeeping and administrative roles
  • Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment strongly preferred
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, documentation)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage operations with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office / accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
