- Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and team members.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents, reports, and records.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and internal inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate company databases.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event planning when required.
- Support onboarding and general administrative processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Previous administrative or office support experience is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
