Role Description

This is a full-time, afternoon shift (12:00 PM to 8:00 PM) on-site role for a Male/Female Admin Assistant, located in Doha, Qatar.

The Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the Centre by managing administrative processes, preparing official correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is a bilingual professional with strong organizational and communication skills, preferably with experience in an educational or rehabilitation setting for special needs, who can contribute to maintaining a professional and well-organized work environment while supporting the Centre's mission of providing quality services to persons with disabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Educational Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree in Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational institution, school, or training centre.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
