AI Agent Developer Needed to Build a Multi-Agent Video Game Development System

**Project Overview**

We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer to build a multi-agent AI system for a video game development project.

The goal is to create a coordinated team of three AI agents that can collaborate to develop a playable game from our existing game design documents, instructions, mechanics, map, and assets.

**The Three AI Agents**

1. **Product Manager Agent**

* Acts as the primary interface for the client.

* Understands project requirements and breaks them into tasks.

* Delegates tasks to the coding and graphic design agents.

* Tracks progress, coordinates workflows, and reviews outputs.

2. **Coding Agent**

* Implements game mechanics and gameplay features.

* Writes, modifies, and debugs code.

* Integrates existing maps and game assets.

* Assists with testing and building the final game.

3. **Graphic Designer Agent**

* Works with existing game assets and a sci-fi field map.

* Creates or modifies visual elements when required.

* Prepares and integrates graphics and other visual resources into the game.

**Project Inputs**

We will provide:

* Game Design Document (GDD).

* Game mechanics and gameplay requirements.

* Teaching materials and project-specific instructions.

* An existing sci-fi field map.

* Existing game assets and resources.

The system should be able to use these materials as context throughout development. We want to minimize manual intervention and avoid having to train each agent from scratch.

**Expected Deliverables**

The objective is a working, playable game delivered in one of the following formats, depending on the project's technical requirements:

* Windows executable (.exe)

* Android application (.apk)

* Web-based game interface

The developer will also be responsible for integrating the agents, setting up the development workflow, and demonstrating that the system can coordinate tasks and produce usable game builds.

**Required Experience**

* Building AI agents and multi-agent systems.

* LLM orchestration, tool calling, and agent-to-agent task delegation.

* AI coding agents and automated development workflows.

* Game development experience using an appropriate game engine, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or Godot.

* Integrating existing game assets, maps, and code.

* Automated testing, debugging, and application builds.

* Ability to recommend the right architecture, frameworks, and tools for this project.

Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or comparable solutions is welcome. We are open to alternative approaches if you can explain why they are better suited to the requirements.

**When Applying, Please Answer These Questions**

1. Have you built a multi-agent AI system in which one agent delegates tasks to specialized agents? Please share a relevant example.

2. How would you design the Product Manager, Coding, and Graphic Designer agents for this project?

3. Which agent framework and game engine would you recommend, and why?

4. How would your system use an existing GDD, game mechanics, maps, and assets?

5. How would you handle code integration, testing, debugging, and generating a playable build?

We are looking for someone who can recommend a practical architecture and implement a working solution, rather than simply provide a conceptual design.
