Amazon FBA Pvt Label – Stage 1: Market Research, Product Selection & Unit Economics (Lead-to-Launch) - Contract to Hire

Job Type: Fixed-Price with Milestone Payment (Transitioning to Monthly Retainer for Execution)

Marketplace Focus: Primary: Amazon UAE (Amazon.ae) | Secondary: Open to US/EU experts who understand GCC dynamics

We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Private Label Specialist/Consultant to collaborate on launching and scaling a private label brand on Amazon UAE (Amazon.ae).

We are NOT looking for passive task-doers or generic virtual assistants. We are looking for an analytical product researcher and brand operator who can guide us step-by-step, explain the pros, cons, and tradeoffs at every stage, and present data-backed product opportunities.

I value rigorous financial modeling, transparent execution, and clear communication. You will work closely with me as an expert advisor, providing data and options while involving me in every strategic decision.

### Project Structure (2-Stage Approach)

#### STAGE 1: Product Research & Validation (Immediate Scope)

You will deliver 2–3 vetted product opportunities on Amazon.ae, complete with:

1. Niche & Competitor Audit: Search volume (Helium 10), organic vs. paid velocity, seller density, and review barriers.

2. Complete Unit Economics Model: Itemized breakdown covering estimated FOB, shipping to UAE, customs/duty, Amazon fees (referral + FBA), TACoS/ad spend buffer, and net contribution margin.

3. Review Mining & Differentiation: Analysis of 1-star to 3-star competitor complaints and proposed physical/packaging product improvements.

4. Launch & Budget Roadmap: Estimated inventory production costs, launch ad budget, timeline, and risk analysis.

#### STAGE 2: Full Execution & Launch (Long-Term Retainer for Selected Candidate)

Once a product is approved, the engagement transitions into an ongoing management role covering:

* Supplier vetting, RFQ creation, sample review, and negotiation (Alibaba/Direct Factories).

* Listing creation, keyword mapping, conversion copy, and image briefs.

* FBA logistics coordination (shipping to Dubai/UAE fulfillment centers).

* Launch execution, Sponsored Products PPC campaigns, TACoS management, and account health monitoring.

### Who You Are

* Proven Track Record: Hands-on experience researching, launching, and scaling Amazon Private Label products.

* Strategic Thought Partner: Ability to lay out Options, Pros/Cons, and Strategic Recommendations rather than acting on blind instructions.

* Emerging Marketplace Awareness: Experience with Amazon UAE (Amazon.ae) OR strong experience in US/UK with a clear strategy for adapting to lower-volume, low-review GCC markets.

* Tool Expertise: Deep proficiency with Helium 10 (Xray, Cerebro, Magnet), Seller Central, and supplier sourcing platforms.
