In short, We Enable Possibility℠.<br><br><strong>Position Summary<br><br></strong>The AVP, Corporate Transformation Advisory Delivery Manager will oversee and implement transformation initiatives to drive continual improvement within a business unit. This role requires a strong understanding of Lean principles and operational management practices to deliver sustainable results.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities And Accountabilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead the deployment of a Lean Transformation with specific responsibility of initiatives and continuous improvement practices and routines. </li><li>Guide the current state and future state, implementation plan, along with impact and value of changes (in strong cooperation with business or service unit experts). </li><li>Develop and nurture strong partnerships to understand specific business issues and priorities to effectively integrate continuous improvement into their organization. </li><li>Use a standard set of Lean/Problem Solving tools and analyses to develop insight, solutions and drive the consistent use of Lean standards in the delivery of Value Stream or Function . </li><li>Responsible for the consistent and successful delivery of agreed standard work. </li><li>Guide training and problem solving workshops with senior managers & teams. </li><li>Coach senior leaders to be effective in their roles as sponsors; and coach leaders at all levels on their role to support and sustain continuous improvement in their area including their own management practices and routines. </li><li>Coach managers and teams on the tools and techniques they will need to successfully identify, prioritize and capture performance standards. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills And Abilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Diversity & Inclusion Aptitude</li><li>Ability to work well with a variety of different individuals</li><li>LEAN Transformation experience</li><li>Operational and Analytical thinking</li><li>Effective communication, listening and facilitation skills</li><li>Insurance knowledge and strong business acumen</li><li>Strong organizational skills with high level of attention to detail</li><li>High Emotional Quotient and Professionalism<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education And Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>7+ years of experience as a Lean management leader with demonstrated success in leading end to end transformational change</li><li>Experience in the financial services or insurance industries and an understanding of operational management practices (preferred)</li><li>Lean or similar certification, or experience implementing continuous improvement principles in service environments/organizations (e.g., Business Agility, Lean management techniques, Six Sigma certification, etc.)</li><li>Proven track record developing and/or implementing Lean/continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Demonstrated ability to effectively interpret data and measure performance</li><li>Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in challenging situations</li><li>Superior oral and written communication skills, as well as attention to detail while developing and presenting to senior leaders of the company</li><li>Deep knowledge and demonstrated application of change management principles, practices, methodologies and tools</li><li>Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop compelling messaging for diverse audiences</li><li>Strong ability to facilitate, teach & coach diverse set of audience</li><li>Able to work collaboratively in a team environment, and deliver effective consulting and coaching</li><li>High degree of integrity and ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive situations with discretion</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in project and program management</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in data mining and analysis. </li><li>Bachelor’s degree with related experience or Master’s in related field required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement. </li><li>Professional Lean Certification (is a plus)</li><li>40%-50% travel expected<br><br></li></ul>For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.<br><br>$98,000 - $155,700/year<br><br><ul><li>Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
