Business Unit Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical functions
  • Manage logistics for promotional and non-promotional meetings and events
  • Act as the main point of contact for advertising agencies and suppliers
  • Handle supplier relationship management, including contract preparation and tariff negotiation
  • Manage event bookings, transfers, transportation, and travel arrangements
  • Process expense reports, shopping carts, and vendor invoices
  • Implement and monitor promotional campaigns and digital multi-channel activities
  • Monitor promotional budgets in collaboration with Brand Managers
  • Coordinate Brand Team meetings and follow up on weekly projects
  • Support the Business Unit Director with timely administrative requests

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Experience as a Business Unit or Event Coordinator
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
