About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Camp Boss to oversee the day-to-day operations of a staff accommodation camp in the Al Ain Region. The successful candidate will ensure that the camp is well-maintained, safe, hygienic, and operated efficiently while maintaining high standards of employee welfare and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the staff accommodation camp.
  • Supervise housekeeping, cleaning, catering, laundry, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure camp facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with company standards.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with internal teams and external contractors.
  • Monitor camp occupancy, room allocation, and accommodation records.
  • Maintain inventory of camp assets, furniture, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and municipality regulations.
  • Handle employee accommodation concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, dining areas, and common facilities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on camp operations.
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics related to camp operations when required.
  • Ensure discipline and adherence to camp rules and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar accommodation management role in the UAE.
  • Experience managing large staff accommodations is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of camp administration, housekeeping, catering, and maintenance coordination.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Good command of English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
