CCTV / ELV Technician (Facilities Management)

Job description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CCTV / ELV Technician to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems, gate barriers, and access control systems, along with basic knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).

Key Responsibilities

· Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP/analog), including DVR/NVRs and related equipment

· Diagnose and repair faults in CCTV, security, and ELV systems

· Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of gate barrier and access control systems

· Conduct preventive maintenance and regular system testing to ensure optimal performance

· Ensure proper recording, storage, and functionality of surveillance systems

· Troubleshoot entry/exit system issues and ensure smooth operation

· Assist in monitoring and basic troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS)

· Support maintenance of integrated systems such as security, lighting, and automation

· Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls

· Maintain accurate service records and report system issues

Requirements:

· 3+ years of proven experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and repair

· Knowledge of gate barrier and access control systems

· Basic understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS)

· Knowledge of networking (IP systems, cabling, etc.)

· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

· Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Education:

Diploma or certification in Electronics / IT / ELV / CCTV Systems or related field

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or similar

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • UAE : 2 years (Required)
