Chief Social Media & Community Officer

Swishr is a new gig marketplace launching in Dubai that connects Gen Z creatives, freelancers, and boutique agencies with clients who want trusted, outcome-driven talent.

We’re looking for a Chief Social Media & Community Officer to join as a co-founding team member (equity-based). You’ll own Swishr’s social presence, community building, and content strategy, making Swishr the go-to brand for freelancers and clients in the UAE.

What you’ll do:
• Build and grow Swishr’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Lead content strategy (UGC, CGC, EGC) aligned with our bold brand identity.
• Develop a community-first approach: engaging freelancers, agencies, and early adopters.
• Design and run creative campaigns to drive waitlist growth, brand buzz, and early adoption.
• Collaborate with the founder and growth team to shape Swishr’s brand voice, tone, and storytelling.
• Track analytics and optimize for engagement, conversion, and ROI.

Who you are:
• Experienced in social media strategy, content creation, and community management.
• Strong understanding of Gen Z culture, creative industries, and UAE market trends.
• Creative storyteller with proven track record of building online communities.
• Entrepreneurial and ready to work on equity-only until funding.
• Excited to make Swishr the loudest, boldest, and most trusted gig marketplace brand in MENA.
