Cleaning Operative

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at The Centre Feltham.

This is a cleaning role that requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site. The successful candidate will work across the management building and surrounding external areas, ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and presentable for visitors and tenants.

Job details: Start Date: ASAP

Working: Monday to Saturday

Rate of pay: £14.80 per hour

Essential Requirements

  • Capable of carrying out manual handling duties.
  • Ability to push and pull refuse bins safely.
  • Comfortable using and moving cleaning machinery and equipment.
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • Basic English language skills are required to communicate effectively with colleagues and the management team.
