Community Development Intern

Community & Ecosystem Partnerships Intern | AI, Tech & Digital AssetsSome partnerships are worth more than a sponsorship cheque.
Proof of Talk is building a global platform connecting the people shaping technology, finance, AI and digital assets.

Our philosophy is simple:

Small rooms. Big decisions.

Our flagship summit takes place at the Louvre Palace in Paris, and Proof of Talk is now expanding internationally with Proof of Talk Abu Dhabi.

We're looking for a highly social, entrepreneurial and resourceful Community & Ecosystem Partnerships Intern to help us build relationships with the communities, organizations and networks that matter.

This is not a sponsorship sales role.

Your job is to find organizations where Proof of Talk can create genuine mutual value — and turn those opportunities into partnerships.
What Does That Actually Mean?
Imagine you discover a community of 15,000 AI founders.

An accelerator with 200 portfolio companies.

A VC with a powerful founder network.

A university entrepreneurship society.

A digital asset association.

A group connecting family offices.

Another technology conference.

A community of AI engineers.

A network of women in technology.

A private group of FinTech executives.

Your question is:

How can Proof of Talk and this community help each other?

Maybe we give their members access to Proof of Talk.

They introduce Proof of Talk to their community.

Maybe we create a dedicated invitation code.

They promote selected speakers or content.

Maybe we organize something together.

They bring a relevant group of founders.

We give their community visibility.

Maybe they become an official Community Partner.

Maybe we create something neither side had thought of yet.

There doesn't always need to be money involved.

The objective is to create partnerships where both sides genuinely win.
Your Role
You'll help build the ecosystem around Proof of Talk across:

Artificial Intelligence

Technology

Startups

Venture Capital

Digital Assets

Web3

FinTech

Finance

Investment

Entrepreneurship

Innovation

You'll identify the organizations and communities that already have relationships with the people we want in the room.

Then you'll help us build relationships with them.
Who You'll Build Relationships With
Potential partners could include:
🚀 Startup & Technology Ecosystems

Accelerators

Incubators

Startup hubs

Founder communities

Coworking communities

Innovation centers

Technology yet.
What You'll Actually Do🔎 Discover
Research and identify communities, organizations and ecosystem partners that align with Proof of Talk.

You'll constantly be asking:

Who already has the audience we want to reach?

Who would benefit from access to our ecosystem?

Where can both sides create value everyone the same PDF.

We want you to understand:

What would make this partnership valuable for them?

Then help create it.
🚀 Activate, Don't Just Sign
Getting someone to say “yes” isn't the end of the job.

A partnership that exists only in a spreadsheet is useless.

You'll help make sure partnerships actually happen.

That means:

Making sure partners receive what was agreed

Supplying links, codes, content and assets

Coordinating announcements

Following up on agreed promotions

Tracking registrations or referrals where relevant

Maintaining communication

Finding additional ways to collaborate

Keeping strong partners engaged for future Proof of Talk editions

We care about activated partnerships, not partnership logos.
What Success Looks Like
We won't judge you by how many emails you send.

We'll care about:

High-quality communities identified

Meaningful conversations started

Partnerships agreed

Partnerships activated

Audience reached through partners

Relevant applications and registrations generated

New communities brought into the Proof of Talk ecosystem

Relationships that continue beyond one event

The goal isn't collecting hundreds of random partners.

Twenty exceptional communities can be more valuable than 200 irrelevant ones.
Who We're Looking ForRequired

Currently studying or recently graduated in business, marketing, communications, entrepreneurship, international business, technology or a related field

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong communication skills

Comfortable reaching out to people you don't know

Comfortable having calls with external partners

Strong research ability

Highly organized

Persistent with follow-ups

Able to work independently

Curious about technology, AI, startups, finance or digital assets

Comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions

We'd Especially Like to Meet You If
You are already involved in:

Startup communities

AI communities

Tech ecosystems

Venture capital networks

University entrepreneurship groups

Web3 or digital asset communities

Founder networks

Innovation hubs

Conferences

Community building

An existing network is valuable.

But resourcefulness is even more important.

If you don't know someone today but know how to find the right person and build the relationship tomorrow, that's interesting to us.
You're Probably a Fit If

You genuinely enjoy meeting people

You're naturally good at connecting people

You're comfortable sending the first message

You're curious about what different communities are building

You enjoy finding win-win situations

You can think beyond “What can we get from them?”

You understand that relationships compound over time

You're persistent without being annoying

You're good at following up

You like startups, AI, technology and entrepreneurship

You notice interesting communities before everyone else does

You don't need a script for every conversation

You like turning an idea into something real

You're Probably Not a Fit If

You dislike outreach

You want a purely internal internship

You're uncomfortable speaking with strangers

You send one email and give up when nobody responds

You think partnerships mean exchanging logos

You need detailed instructions for every next step

You're interested only in closing transactions rather than building relationships

Why Proof of Talk
Proof of Talk is not trying to become the world's biggest conference.

We're building something more curated.

Our flagship edition takes place at the Louvre Palace in Paris, bringing together leaders across investment, finance, technology and digital assets.

In December 2026, Proof of Talk expands to Louvre Abu Dhabi, bringing together two of the industries shaping the next decade:

Digital Assets & Finance

and

Artificial Intelligence & Technology

That means we're building relationships across several of the world's most exciting ecosystems at the same time.

And community partnerships will be an important part of connecting those ecosystems.
What Makes This Internship Different🌐 Build a Serious Network
You'll interact with:

Community founders

Accelerator teams

VCs

Startup ecosystem leaders

AI communities

University organizations

Technology companies

Event organizers

Industry associations

Founders and entrepreneurs

You'll leave the internship with relationships you can carry throughout your career.
💪 Real Ownership
You won't just research partners for somebody else to contact.

We want you to gradually own the process:

Discover → Contact → Talk → Create → Agree → Activate → Grow

If you discover an incredible community we should work with, we want you to open that door.
🧠 Learn Real Partnership Building
You'll learn that good partnerships aren't:

“You post about us and we'll put your logo on our website.”

The interesting question is:

“What does your community need, what do we have, and what could we create together that benefits both sides?”

That's the mindset we want.
🌍 International Exposure
You'll work with communities and organizations across Europe, the Middle East and globally as Proof of Talk continues to expand.

The role is
