We're building a more connected world—one activity at a time. About the Role As a Founding Community & Growth Associate, you will help grow Teup's community from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founding team to engage users, organize activities, gather feedback, and help create memorable experiences for our members. This is an excellent opportunity for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to gain hands-on startup experience. What You'll Do - Engage with community members across online and offline channels - Help organize and host community events and activities - Support user onboarding and community growth initiatives - Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve the experience - Assist with partnerships, outreach, and social media activities Who We're Looking For - Students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Friendly, proactive, and comfortable meeting new people - Passionate about community building and creating meaningful connections - Organized and able to take ownership of tasks - Experience in student clubs, events, volunteering, or community initiatives is a plus Compensation: 600-1000AED per month
