Role Description The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce metal components according to technical drawings and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include preparing materials, selecting appropriate tools, performing machine adjustments, and ensuring parts meet dimensional and quality requirements.

The role involves performing routine inspections, documenting production results, and collaborating with supervisors and maintenance teams to address machine issues and improve efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, requiring consistent adherence to safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation and CNC Machining skills, including setup, calibration, and safe operation of machinery.
  • Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including inspection of finished parts, use of measurement tools, and adherence to tolerance and specification requirements.
  • Candidates should possess Milling and general Machining skills related to metalworking processes and tools.
  • Candidates should possess broad Machinery skills, including basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Previous experience as a CNC operator or in a similar metal fabrication environment is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and production documentation.
  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and commitment to safety practices in an industrial setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in machining or manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
