Configuration & Change Management Manager

We are looking for a <strong>Manager – Configuration & Change Management</strong> to join our team in the <strong>Kingdom of Saudi Arabia</strong>, where you will lead the governance of configuration and change management processes across landmark railway projects.</p><p class="MsoNormal">If you are passionate about project governance, engineering excellence, and multidisciplinary collaboration, and have extensive experience managing configuration and change on complex Rail & Metro projects, we would love to hear from you.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· </span>Lead Configuration and Change Management activities throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Establish and maintain Configuration Management Plans, Change Management procedures, and configuration baselines.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Manage engineering and project changes, ensuring proper evaluation, approval, implementation, and documentation.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to maintain configuration consistency across all project deliverables.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Manage configuration records, change registers, and status accounting reports with full project traceability.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Facilitate Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and coordinate change approvals with stakeholders.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Assess the technical, commercial, schedule, and operational impacts of proposed changes.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Ensure compliance with client requirements, international railway standards, and Sener quality procedures.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Support project audits and drive continuous improvement in configuration and change management practices.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>· </span>Mentor team members and provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· </span>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Minimum 10 years of mandatory Rail & Metro experience.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Proven experience leading Configuration and Change Management for complex Rail & Metro infrastructure projects.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Strong knowledge of configuration management, change control, systems engineering, and project governance.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Experience managing Configuration Management Plans, Change Registers, and Configuration Baselines.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout all project phases.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Proficiency with document and configuration management systems such as Aconex, ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or similar platforms.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>· </span>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>· </span>Fluent in English.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>· </span>Saudi Nationals are preferred;
