Construction Project Coordinator

Sovereign Corporation is looking for a Construction Site Coordinator & Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination and administration of construction projects. The role involves working both on-site and in the office to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily site activities and monitor project progress.
  • Assist with project planning and scheduling.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project reports.
  • Maintain project documents and records.
  • Liaise with engineers, contractors, suppliers and clients.
  • Monitor materials, deliveries and site requirements.
  • Assist with procurement and quotations.
  • Ensure work complies with drawings and quality standards.
  • Support project meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Perform other project-related administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
  • Relevant construction or engineering experience is preferred.
  • Good understanding of construction processes and engineering drawings.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Salary: AED 5,000 per month Job Type: Full-time, Part Time, Contract
