What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

Support day-to-day government relations activities by assisting with documentation, submissions, and follow-ups with UAE government authorities. The role works closely with PRO and People teams to ensure timely processing of visas and compliance with government requirements.

  • Support preparation, submission, and tracking of government applications in MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, etc.
  • Follow up on pending approvals and documentation
  • Support processing of employment visas, Emirates ID, medical tests, visa renewals, and cancellations
  • Help maintain visa trackers and expiry reports
  • Coordinate appointments for medical tests and biometrics
  • Maintain records of all documents
  • Assist the team with general administrative tasks related to government services

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma
  • Basic knowledge of UAE visa and labor processes
  • 1–2 years of experience in a PRO, HR, or administrative role
  • Knowledge of UAE government portals is an advantage but not mandatory
