<p><strong>Overview:-</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The <strong>Creative Lead</strong> is a senior, hands-on creative role within the ADHDS Marketing & Communications team, responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation’s visual identity and creative output across all mandates.</p><p><br></p><p>This role serves as the <strong>central creative engine</strong>, leading the end-to-end conceptualisation, design, production, and delivery of high-quality visual and video content. The ideal candidate is a versatile creative professional who combines strong expertise in <strong>graphic design, videography, and video editing</strong>, with the ability to translate complex business messages into compelling and engaging creative experiences.</p><p><br></p><p>From social media content and digital campaigns to corporate presentations, executive materials, brand assets, and high-impact hero videos, the Creative Lead will ensure that every deliverable is visually compelling, strategically aligned, and consistent with ADHDS’s brand standards.</p><p>The role also requires a forward-thinking approach to creative production, with the ability to leverage <strong>AI-powered design, content creation, and video tools</strong> to accelerate workflows, increase production capacity, and maintain consistently high creative standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:- </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality static visual assets including social media content, infographics, corporate presentations, pitch decks, and brand collateral.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Deliver professional video content ranging from short-form social videos (30–60 seconds) to long-form hero brand and campaign videos.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Leverage AI-powered graphic design and video creation capabilities to accelerate production timelines, enhance creative output, and scale asset delivery without compromising quality.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to design and video production to maintain a competitive creative edge.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Act as the central brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all assets, platforms, and mandates.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with the MarCom team to translate strategic briefs, campaign narratives, and complex business concepts into compelling visual stories.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage the creative production pipeline, prioritizing workload across concurrent projects and delivering within tight deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain design templates, motion graphics libraries, and reusable creative frameworks to improve departmental efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Support the preparation of executive-level presentations and business materials with high-impact visual design.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>-</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 7 years of professional experience in graphic design and videography/video editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both disciplines.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film/Video Production, or a related field.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and professional video production workflows.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI-powered tools for graphic design and video creation, with the ability to rapidly adapt to emerging technologies as the landscape evolves.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of brand architecture, visual identity systems, and multi-platform content adaptation.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience producing content for corporate, B2B, or B2G environments; exposure to the technology or healthcare sectors is a strong advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent understanding of social media platform specifications, video formats, and digital content best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Ability to work autonomously under pressure, manage multiple concurrent projects, and deliver to tight deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to present creative concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders.</li></ul>
