The opportunity
Evo Sports Qatar is seeking a professional, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team from August 2026.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within one of Qatar's leading youth sports organisations, supporting the day-to-day customer experience and administrative operations of the club. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for members, parents, visitors and prospective customers, helping to ensure that every interaction with Evo Sports Qatar is positive, professional and efficient.
Working closely with the Director of Operations and wider management team, the successful candidate will support registrations, enrolments, customer enquiries, payments and general administrative functions across all programmes. As one of the first points of contact for our community, the role plays a vital part in delivering the high standards of service that our members expect.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with people, has strong organisational skills and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced sporting environment. About you
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a customer service, reception or administrative environment, ideally within a school, sports, leisure or customer-focused organisation. Experience using databases, CRM systems and administrative software would be considered a distinct advantage.
We are looking for a highly organised, professional and approachable individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences for every member of the Evo community. You will be an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with parents, members, colleagues and external stakeholders, whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
The successful candidate will be a proactive team player who is flexible, adaptable and willing to contribute positively to all aspects of the organisation. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
A high standard of written and spoken English is an essential requirement for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook, is also required.
This is a non-sponsored role and only candidates with family sponsorship currently residing in Qatar will be considered. There are no remuneration benefits in addition to salary. What the offer provides is fair remuneration, an especially warm and supportive community and great professional freedom.
