Customer Service Representative / Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and guests, providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Assist guests with reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and general information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process bookings, payments, refunds, and other transactions accurately.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company systems.
  • Provide information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and consistently deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, business, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
