Customer Success Manager I

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end relationship for a growing book of accounts across the Middle East
  • Lead Hub implementations delivered in Arabic, partnering with the Product Success team on AMS and other product lines
  • Drive renewals and account health in line with team renewal targets
  • Partner closely with the Middle East Account Executive and sales team on demos and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build in-person relationships through regular on-site customer visits across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the wider Middle East

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Hands-on experience working within a professional sport organization or club
  • Strong project management, data literacy, and communication abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for customer experience
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for coaches, medical staff, and administrators

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within professional football or Olympic organizations
  • Existing relationships or market knowledge in the Middle East region
  • Prior experience using Teamworks products (Hub or AMS)
