The Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist / Account Coordinator to manage customer relationships, coordinate account activities, support onboarding, resolve service issues, and identify opportunities to improve retention and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, commercially aware, and confident communicating with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers and accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding, implementation, training, account setup, and ongoing support activities.
  • Understand customer goals, requirements, challenges, and service expectations.
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify potential issues, risks, or opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate resolutions with relevant internal teams.
  • Manage customer requests, service tickets, follow-ups, escalations, and action items.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, product, technical support, finance, and marketing teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles, account information, communication histories, service records, and renewal data.
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins and follow up on outstanding requirements or commitments.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, engagement, usage, retention, renewals, and other relevant success indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, upgrades, or additional services where appropriate.
  • Support account renewals by monitoring contract dates, customer needs, service performance, and renewal requirements.
  • Prepare customer reports, account summaries, performance updates, meeting notes, and management information.
  • Organize customer meetings, presentations, training sessions, reviews, and follow-up activities.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate recurring issues or product-service improvement opportunities internally.
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure customer commitments are tracked through completion.
  • Protect confidential customer, commercial, financial, and account information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Customer Success, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in customer success, account management, client services, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention, onboarding, and account coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, listening, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time-management skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Experience with CRM, customer-success, ticketing, project-management, or account-management platforms.
  • Strong computer literacy, including spreadsheets, email, presentation tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify appropriate account-growth opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers, priorities, deadlines, and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable handling escalations and sensitive customer situations professionally.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer feedback and account-performance data.
  • Customer success, account management, sales, or service certifications are advantageous but not required.
