Delivery Driver – Amazon DSP Synergy Logistics Group LLC – Forest Park, GA – Full-time

Job Summary

Join our team as a Delivery Driver with Synergy Logistics Group LLC, a new Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) launching operations at station DGE7 in Forest Park, GA. In this full-time role, you'll be the vital link between Amazon and our customers, safely delivering packages across your assigned route using a company-provided delivery van. Your energy, reliability, and commitment to safety will help us build a strong reputation from day one. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a founding driver team as we launch in September 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a company-provided Amazon-branded delivery van along your assigned route
  • Deliver 150-250+ packages per shift directly to customers' doorsteps, providing friendly, professional service
  • Navigate routes using the Amazon Delivery app and handheld scanning device
  • Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and Amazon safety protocols at all times
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) and promptly report any maintenance issues
  • Load your van at the station each morning following proper loading procedures
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and promptly report any delivery exceptions or incidents

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift
  • Ability to be on your feet, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods
  • Comfortable operating a handheld device for navigation and delivery scanning
  • Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug screening
  • Prior delivery driving experience (Amazon DSP, FedEx, UPS, or similar) is a plus but not required — training provided
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions

Schedule: Full-time, 4 days/week, approximately 10-hour shifts

Pay: $19.50–$22.50/hour, based on experience, with growth opportunity after 90 days
