This role collaborates closely with Creative, Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, and Photography partners to translate campaign strategies into cohesive, on-brand digital work. The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple deadlines, and committed to delivering polished work across devices and platforms.</li><li>You will report to the Manager of Digital Design<br><br></li></ul><strong>Where you will Work<br><br></strong><ul><li>This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in the Atlanta, GA corporate office 4-6 days per month. Relocation is not offered for this position.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Create designs for integrated campaigns, establishing visual concepts and carrying them consistently across email, web, social, and related marketing touchpoints.</li><li>Create platform-appropriate assets for organic and paid social media, maintaining visual consistency across placements and formats.</li><li>Design and code responsive, customer-focused email campaigns, promotional messages, and triggered communications.</li><li>Design landing pages that translate campaign objectives into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences.</li><li>Assist in photography direction for marketing images, crops, compositions, and channel-specific requirements.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>Min. 3- 5 years of experience digital design, web design or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>Professional experience designing for eCommerce, retail, or consumer marketing across email, web, and social channels.</li><li>A portfolio demonstrating strong digital design, campaign thinking, typography, color, layout and image selection.</li><li>Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including responsive design, email coding, browser and digital quality assurance.<br><br></li></ul>Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
