English Teacher Secondary (11-15 Year old)

English Teacher — Grades 7 to 9 (Age 11-14)

Gold & Diamond Park, Al Quoz, Dubai

We're a well-established learning centre in Al Quoz looking for an English teacher who genuinely enjoys the subject and can pass that on. You'll work with students in Grades 5 to 9 in small groups rather than large classes — less crowd control, more actual teaching, and the satisfaction of watching a student go from dreading essays to writing good ones.

What you'll do

  • Teach English to small groups of students across Grades 7 to 9
  • Build lessons around where each student actually is, not where the textbook says they should be
  • Develop reading comprehension, analytical writing, and exam technique and analytical writing techniques.
  • Track progress and keep parents genuinely informed
  • Work alongside a supportive team of subject specialists

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience teaching English to Grades 7 to 9
  • Familiarity with the UK/British curriculum (strongly preferred)
  • Currently in Dubai and available full-time, including weekends

What we offer

  • AED 8,000–10,000 per month, based on experience
  • Full-time, permanent contract
  • Employment visa provided
  • A team that invests in its teachers rather than burning through them
