English Teacher – Young Learners & International Curriculum (US, UK, and IBDP)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher who enjoys teaching young learners (Grades 1–9) while also being capable of teaching higher-level English across international curricula.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach English Language and Literature to students from Grade 1 to Grade 9 using engaging, interactive, and student-centered teaching methods.
  • Teach IGCSE, AS/A Level, American (US Curriculum), and IB MYP/DP English to secondary students.
  • Prepare students for school assessments and international examinations.
  • Conduct one-to-one and small-group classes.
  • Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources aligned with international curriculum standards.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and academic coordinators.
  • Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, English Literature, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of English teaching experience.
  • Experience teaching one or more international curricula:
  • British Curriculum (IGCSE / AS & A Level)
  • American Curriculum (US)
  • IB MYP/DP
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Candidates with extensive experience teaching young learners (Grades 1–9) will be given priority.
  • Experience preparing students for IGCSE, AS/A Level, IB, or US Curriculum examinations.
  • Teaching qualification or certification is an advantage.
  • Experience using interactive, inquiry-based, and student-centered teaching approaches.
