This role offers expert knowledge and skills to generate and promote a positive health and safety culture. This represents a key role in helping control occupational risk in our plant.

Partner with the best

In this role, you will implement and enforce occupational health and safety programs to prevent workplace accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires advanced risk assessment, incident investigation, and the continuous cultivation of a safety-first culture.

As a manufacturing safety specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Packaging and assembling gas turbines and compressors.
• Performing critical lifting and rigging operations.
• Conducting pressure testing on equipment and systems.
• Ensuring process safety standards are applied.
• Carrying out Bow-Tie risk assessments.
• Maintaining environmental compliance in all activities.
• Using HSE software for reporting and documentation.
• Leading incident investigations as certified investigator.
• Managing contractors and subcontractors effectively.
• Implementing safety programs and initiatives.
• Overseeing action assignment and tracking to closure.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5 years’ minimum experience in environmental health & safety within oil and gas or power sectors.
• Have NEBOSH certification.
• Be familiar with Rig Aramco HSE requirements.
• Hold manufacturing or industrial engineering background and mindset.
• Be able to promote an HSE interdependent culture across teams.
• Demonstrate interpersonal leadership skills in daily operations.
• Act as a team player in collaborative environments.
