About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Event Coordinator to manage a diverse portfolio of events based in Ruwais . This role requires a creative mind and exceptional organizational skills to conceptualize, plan, and execute events that leave a lasting impression. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring that all event objectives are met with precision and flair. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of event planning, including conceptualization, budgeting, vendor selection, and logistical coordination for corporate functions, conferences, and social gatherings. Manage relationships with external suppliers , including caterers, decorators, and audiovisual technicians, ensuring all services are delivered to specification. Develop detailed event timelines and action plans, ensuring all milestones are achieved on schedule. Handle on-site event management, troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring a smooth flow of activities. Prepare detailed post-event reports , analyzing performance metrics and financial outcomes. Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional strategies for events. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination, with a strong background in the UAE market. Demonstrated ability to manage complex event logistics and budgets effectively. Proficiency in event management software and tools. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think on your feet. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for client relationship management.
