REQUIREMENTS 5–6 years of experience in the F\\&B industry Strong experience in Bakery \\& Pastry operations is preferred Visa: 18 Small Project / 18 Normal – Transferable Fluent English is required Ready to join immediatelyWorking Hours: 9 hours/day

RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise daily restaurant and F\\&B operations Manage and coordinate FOH and BOH staff Allocate staff duties and prepare shift schedules Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards Ensure proper Bakery \\& Pastry operations where applicable Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen/store team Assist with inventory and stock control Reduce food wastage and control operational costs Check daily sales, cash handling, and closing procedures Train and guide new and existing employees Ensure company policies and Kuwait food safety requirements are followed Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager/Management Prepare daily operational reports when required Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet Support the team during busy hours and maintain efficient servicePay: KD300.000 - KD330.000 per hour
