Position: Female Sales Associate – Luxury Fashion Boutique (Arabic Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and understand their needs and preferences.
  • Recommend suitable products and provide accurate information about collections, sizing and prices.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
  • Follow up with clients regarding new arrivals, orders and alterations.
  • Maintain the boutique’s visual presentation and ensure products are displayed properly.
  • Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately.
  • Support stock counting, product receiving and inventory control.
  • Assist in achieving individual and boutique sales targets.
  • Ensure the boutique remains clean, organized and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate fluent in Arabic.
  • Good command of English.
  • Previous experience in fashion, luxury retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and selling skills.
  • Well-presented, confident and professional.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Able to work flexible retail hours, including weekends when required.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook Preparing emails, Reports.
