Female Sales Executive

The Strive Ads is a fast-growing 360° marketing agency specializing in Media Buying, Events, Digital Marketing, and Public Relations (PR). We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Meet potential clients and present our marketing and advertising solutions.
  • Promote our services, including Media Buying, Events, Digital Marketing, and PR.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in advertising, media, marketing, or events.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in client interactions.
  • UAE driving license is an added advantage.
  • Candidates with their own visa will be preferred.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
