Overview:

  • Seeking a skilled QS with strong fast-track residential fit-out experience. Must be commercially sharp, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently to final account.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle: estimation, procurement, cost control, and final accounts
  • Handle multiple fast-track residential fit-out projects simultaneously
  • Prepare and evaluate BOQs, tenders, and subcontractor packages
  • Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget
  • Manage variations, claims, and change orders efficiently
  • Liaise with project managers, site teams, and clients
  • Ensure timely certification of payments and valuations
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of UAE/GCC fit-out experience (residential preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Strong knowledge of fast-track project delivery
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in cost management software and Excel
  • Familiar with UAE market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors
