I'm looking for a long-term freelance Vertical Drama Writer to collaborate with us on upcoming projects.

This is not a one-off writing gig — I'm hoping to find someone we can build a stable, ongoing creative partnership with.

What I'm looking for:

  • Proven experience writing vertical dramas / short-form scripted series
  • At least one produced and released title on a vertical drama platform
  • Strong understanding of hooks, cliffhangers, pacing, emotional payoff, and episodic structure
  • Comfortable working in genres such as romance, fantasy, revenge, billionaire/CEO, werewolf, historical romance, etc.
  • Reliable with deadlines and open to collaborative feedback and revisions
  • Native or highly fluent English writing ability
  • Willing to complete a short unpaid writing test as part of the selection process
  • Experience adapting web novels / IP into vertical drama scripts is a big plus
