We’re looking for a motivated Data Entry Specialist who can thrive in a fully remote setting while juggling coursework or internships. As a member of our Data Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity, supporting analytics initiatives, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Capture & Validation: Accurately input, update, and verify data from multiple sources, ensuring 99.9% accuracy.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Process Automation: Collaborate with the Automation Team to design and test scripts that streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear, up‑to‑date SOPs and data dictionaries for all datasets.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Analytics, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand data requirements and deliver timely results.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements to data workflows, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Compliance & Security: Adhere to arenaflex’s data governance policies, including GDPR, CCPA, and internal security protocols.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of high data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
