Healthcare Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing strategy, brand presence, and multi-channel digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine performance marketing expertise—including Meta ads, SEO, and visual content creation—with a strong understanding of healthcare advertising regulations to ensure all campaigns comply with local ministry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance & Approvals: Ensure all advertising, social media posts, and marketing materials strictly comply with the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) and relevant authorities' healthcare advertising guidelines and circulars.
  • Paid Advertising & Meta Analysis: Plan, execute, and analyze sponsored ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other digital channels; monitor performance and optimize ROI.
  • SEO & Digital Visibility: Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search rankings, website traffic, and online visibility.
  • Social Media Management & Design: Direct social media activities and produce visually appealing graphic assets, promotional banners, and campaign artwork.
  • Campaign & Content Strategy: Craft ethical, non-misleading medical marketing content, promotional offers, and educational materials tailored to patient demographics.
  • Performance Reporting: Track campaign analytics, ROI, and patient acquisition metrics to report directly to senior leadership.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
