Household Manager & Personal Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Household Manager with personal assistant experience to oversee and manage all aspects of home operations. This includes organization, cleanliness, groceries, maintenance, and managing household staff to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Home Organization & Cleanliness

  • Maintain a high standard of organization across all areas of the house
  • Create systems for storage, closets, kitchen, etc.
  • Ensure the home is always tidy, functional, and well-maintained

Managing Maids / Staff (KEY ROLE)

  • Supervise and manage maids/cleaners
  • Create daily/weekly task schedules
  • Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met
  • Train staff on organization systems and expectations
  • Monitor performance and improve efficiency

Groceries & Inventory

  • Plan and purchase groceries
  • Manage household supplies and restocking
  • Keep everything organized and easy to access

Maintenance & Vendors

  • Coordinate all maintenance (AC, plumbing, repairs, etc.)
  • Schedule and supervise technicians
  • Follow up to ensure work is completed properly

Personal Assistant Duties

  • Handle errands, deliveries, and shopping
  • Support daily logistics

Driving

  • Valid UAE driving license required
  • Handle all errands and home-related transportation

Systems & Operations (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • Build and maintain systems, checklists, and routines
  • Improve household efficiency over time
  • Ensure everything runs without constant supervision

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience as a Household Manager / PA in a private home
  • Strong leadership skills (can manage staff, not just do tasks)
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Trustworthy and discreet
  • Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
