Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Administration

  • Manage daily HR administrative operations and employee documentation
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR correspondence
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and administrative processes
  • Support compliance with employment laws and company regulations
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment records
Employee Relations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  • Assist with conflict resolution and workplace concerns
  • Coordinate internal communications and employee activities
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Support employee recognition and retention programs
Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Prepare payroll inputs and verify employee information
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records
  • Support employee benefits administration and enrollment
  • Process HR claims and reimbursement documentation
  • Coordinate with payroll providers and finance teams
  • Ensure payroll-related records are accurate and up to date
Learning & Development
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Schedule training sessions and development workshops
  • Maintain training records and learning documentation
  • Support performance appraisal and talent development programs
  • Track employee learning progress and certifications
  • Assist with succession planning initiatives
HR Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management summaries
  • Maintain Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Support HR audits and compliance reviews
  • Monitor HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
  • Recommend improvements to HR processes and operational efficiency
