HR Manager / HR Business Partner (Leadership Recruitment & Talent ROI)

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)

Industry: Car Rental / Automotive

Employment Type: Full-time

About Us

We operate in the car rental industry in Dubai—a fast-paced, demanding, and highly competitive market. Beyond providing vehicles across various fleet classes, we deliver top-tier service where individual performance directly impacts bottom-line profitability.

As we rapidly expand, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who can comprehensively manage our talent needs: from high-performing sales and client relations managers to department leaders (Head of Sales, COO, Department Heads) capable of driving teams to deliver measurable results.

Our HR Philosophy: You own the entire employee lifecycle and performance ROI. Your core responsibility is to hire the right managers and executives, support them in reaching their KPIs, and part ways with underperformers in a timely and professional manner.Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Search & Leadership Hiring: Source and attract top-tier senior talent and department heads (Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Operations Manager, etc.). Evaluate managerial track records, case studies, and their ability to drive scaled business growth.
  • Onboarding & KPI Alignment: Oversee the onboarding process for new managers and executives, ensuring they integrate quickly and achieve target metrics.
  • Offboarding & Team Quality Control:
  • Systematically monitor employee performance alongside department heads and founders.
  • Identify underperforming personnel across all levels.
  • Conduct firm, structured, and professional termination or replacement procedures for individuals who fail to meet performance standards and targets.
  • Building a High-Performance Culture: Foster an environment where top-performing managers and leaders choose to stay long-term and maximize output.
Candidate Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully hiring both operational managers and mid-to-senior executives (experience in related/adjacent industries is required).
  • Executive Search & Headhunting Expertise: Proven ability to source top talent who may not be actively searching on job boards.
  • Strong Leadership Maturity: Ability to engage on equal terms with senior executives, advocate for business objectives with data-driven arguments, deliver tough feedback, and execute complex offboarding seamlessly.
  • Business Metric Focus: You measure success not by interview volume, but by probation pass rates, retention, and the actual KPI achievements of your hires.
  • Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced / B2–C1): Required for communication and candidate sourcing within Dubai’s international market.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary + performance-based bonuses (tied to probation completion, candidate KPI achievement, and talent retention).
  • Scope & Ownership: Full autonomy to build a high-caliber team in one of the world's premier commercial markets.
  • Direct Founders Access: Minimal bureaucracy with fast approval workflows for candidates and strategic decisions.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: We value transparency, proactive initiative, and concrete numbers.
How to Apply In your cover letter, please briefly address the following two questions:
  • What do you consider the key difference when interviewing a Sales Representative versus a Head of Sales?
  • How do you handle the offboarding of an underperforming employee to ensure a healthy team dynamic and minimal risk?
Pay: AED4,337.06 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
