HR Talent Acquisition / Recruiter (Development & Contracting Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Talent Acquisition / Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment for the real estate development and construction/contracting sectors, with experience sourcing and hiring professionals across technical, engineering, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment offers.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company recruitment policies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of recruitment experience in the real estate development and/or construction/contracting industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical and professional hiring within the UAE market.
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and job portals.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
