The role involves supervising HSE systems, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, conducting audits and inspections, and providing guidance on safety practices during design, construction, and commissioning phases. Job Details - Location: UAE - Location: Abu Dhabi - Industry: Oil & Gas - Function: Safety / Occupational Health - Salary: monthly (Market estimated) - Gender: Any - Candidate Nationality: Any - Preferred Location: Any - Job Type: Full-time Core Duties - Supervise and implement HSE programs, policies, and procedures in line with ADNOC Group requirements - Review and evaluate project designs, ensuring compliance with HSEIA, EIA codes, and ADNOC guidelines - Develop and update HSE standards, procedures, and audit programs for project sites - Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, and accident investigations, ensuring corrective measures are applied - Lead participation in HAZOP, environmental and safety studies, and technical evaluations of new projects - Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with ADNOC HSEMS and accountability frameworks - Provide technical guidance and training on safety and environmental practices to project teams and contractors - Prepare annual sustainability and safety performance reports for submission to management - Ensure compliance with international and local regulations regarding occupational health, safety, and environmental protection - Implement document control systems for HSEMS and ensure timely submission of environmental permits Candidate Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science field - Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE supervision or safety engineering within oil and gas or large industrial organizations - Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, safety audits, and regulatory compliance - Good computer skills and fluency in English (written and spoken) - Professional certification or membership in an international safety organization preferred - Diploma in Health and Safety Engineering an advantage Why Join Us Work with ADNOC Group, one of the world's largest energy producers and industry leaders in HSE performance.
