Job Description – UAE HR Trainer Position: UAE HR Trainer Mode: Online | Part-time | Freelance Job Summary We are seeking an experienced UAE HR Trainer to deliver practical, interactive, and industry-oriented training on UAE HR practices, Labour Law, recruitment, visa processing, Emiratisation, payroll, employee engagement, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities \* Deliver interactive and practical UAE HR training sessions. \* Cover UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and compliance requirements. \* Train participants on recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition. \* Provide practical guidance on UAE visa processing and Emiratisation. \* Cover payroll, End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB), and employee offboarding. \* Use real-world examples, case studies, and practical activities. Requirements \* Strong hands-on experience in UAE HR/HR Management. \* In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance. \* Practical knowledge of UAE visa processing, Emiratisation, and payroll. \* Excellent communication and presentation skills. \* Prior training/teaching experience is preferred. \* Malayalam-speaking trainer preferred, with the ability to deliver training effectively to Malayalam-speaking participants. Qualification & Experience Qualification: MBA/PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on UAE HR experience, with strong expertise in UAE Labour Law, visa processing, Emiratisation, payroll, and HR compliance. Prior HR training experience is preferred.
