What you’ll do
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
Support onboarding, training, and daily operational performance of restaurant partners while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support the operational onboarding and activation of new restaurant partners.
- Conduct on-ground training for restaurants on platform usage and best practices.
- Assist in organizing onboarding, training sessions and setup of restaurant partners
- Monitor daily operational performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, sales, support) to close operational gaps.
What you’ll need
- Business Degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Great communicator with the ability to work with both internal teams and external partners.
- Eager to learn, hands-on, and willing to take on new challenges.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
