Now Hiring: Inventory Controller & Store Keeper

Location: UAE
Salary Package: AED 2,000–2,500 per month

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Controller & Store Keeper. The main focus of this role is Inventory Data Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting, along with effective management of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, stock discrepancies, shortages, variances, and slow-moving items
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking and monitor all stock movements
  • Prepare detailed inventory reports and data analysis for management
  • Track stock levels, consumption patterns, and inventory variances
  • Compare physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain accurate Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, transfers, and returns
  • Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate reconciliation
  • Maintain proper documentation and organized inventory records
  • Coordinate with relevant departments regarding inventory requirements and stock availability

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent proficiency in Data Analysis and Inventory Tracking is essential
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in inventory management systems and ERP
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Controller, Store Keeper, or similar role
  • Ability to manage large volumes of inventory data accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies

Salary: AED 2,000–2,500 per month

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in inventory data analysis, Excel reporting, and stock tracking are highly encouraged to apply.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
