Investor Hunter | Capital Introduction Partner – PropTech

Company: TowerDesk
Location: Fully Remote

About TowerDesk

TowerDesk is a PropTech company building a next-generation technology platform for the real estate and property management industry.

Our mission is to modernize how property owners, asset managers, facility management companies, building operators, tenants, and real estate stakeholders manage properties, maintenance, compliance, inspections, operations, and tenant relationships.

As TowerDesk prepares for its next stage of growth, we are looking for a highly connected Investor Hunter / Capital Introduction Partner who can help us identify, approach, and secure conversations with serious investors.

The Opportunity

The engagement offers:

  • 4% commission on successfully raised investment
  • Fully remote working arrangement
  • Flexible working structure
  • Opportunity to become a long-term business developer with TowerDesk

We are specifically looking for someone who already has strong investor relationships and industry connections, rather than someone starting investor outreach from zero.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will already have direct relationships with one or more of the following:

  • Angel investors
  • Venture capital firms
  • PropTech investors
  • Real estate investors
  • Family offices

  • Establish relationships with real estate groups, asset managers, developers, investment firms, and PropTech-focused funds.
  • Support fundraising discussions until an investment reaches a decision or closing stage.
  • Maintain professional and confidential communication throughout the fundraising process.

Ideal Candidate

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Understand PropTech, SaaS, real estate, asset management, or property management.
  • Own, manage, advise, or have strong relationships with an asset management or real estate company.
  • Have relationships with family offices, VC firms, angel investors, developers, or private investors.
  • Understand how startup and growth-stage fundraising works.
  • Can confidently communicate with founders, investors, fund managers, developers, executives, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Have strong negotiation, relationship-building, and investor communication skills.

Strong Advantage

Priority will be given to candidates with strong investor networks in:

UAE / GCC · Saudi Arabia · United Kingdom · United States · Europe · Singapore

Candidates with existing relationships inside the UAE and GCC real estate, asset management, family office, and investment ecosystem will be particularly valuable.

What Success Looks Like

We are not looking for someone who simply generates investor email lists or sends mass cold messages.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Open real investor doors
  • Make warm introductions
  • Arrange qualified meetings
  • Build investor relationships
  • Create serious investment conversations
  • Help move investors toward a successful funding decision

The quality of your relationships matters more than the size of your contact list.

Compensation: 4% Commission

The selected candidate will receive:

  • 4% commission on investment successfully raised and received by TowerDesk through their verified contribution.

Commission becomes payable only after the corresponding investment has been successfully received and cleared by TowerDesk.

There is no fixed monthly salary attached to this opportunity.

This position is best suited to someone who already has a strong investor network and is confident in their ability to generate meaningful introductions and help close investment.

Pay: AED100,000.00 - AED250,000.00 per month
