Role Description This is a part-time Junior Consultant role based in the UAE with a hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site client and team meetings with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Junior

Consultant will support senior consultants in analyzing logistics and supply chain operations, gathering data, preparing reports, and developing recommendations for process improvements. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and industry research, assisting with project planning, preparing presentations, and helping document workflows and standard operating procedures. The role also involves coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, tracking project tasks, and contributing to the implementation and monitoring of agreed solutions.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Candidates should possess communication skills, including clear business writing, professional email communication, and the ability to prepare concise presentations.
  • Candidates should possess basic project coordination and organizational skills, including task tracking, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Candidates should possess foundational understanding of logistics, supply chain, or operations management, or a strong interest in learning these domains.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms) and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
  • Relevant academic background in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field is preferred; internship or junior-level consulting experience is an advantage.
  • Candidates should possess a proactive mindset, willingness to learn from senior consultants, and the ability to work with diverse teams
