Role Description

We're looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to own TennisShop.ae's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.

You'll plan and execute content, run email marketing, and collaborate closely.

We work fast and use AI tools to accelerate parts of our workflow. You won't need to build automations from scratch ,a general comfort with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) is all we ask. We'll train you on the rest.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy & Production

– Plan and execute a monthly content calendar (30 pieces/month) aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals

– Brief, review, and publish Reels, Stories, static posts, and short-form video across all platforms

– Maintain brand voice, visual identity, and strategic positioning (tennis-first, fashion-forward)

Email Marketing

– Own the email marketing calendar — plan, write, and send campaigns aligned with product launches and promotions

– Manage and grow the subscriber list; segment audiences for targeted sends

– Track email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and report findings to leadership

– Coordinate email content with social campaigns for consistent messaging across channels

Analytics & Reporting

– Pull and interpret performance data across all platforms

– Produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for leadership

– Track KPIs: reach, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate, and conversion Competitor & Trend Intelligence

– Monitor competitor activity and industry trends across social platforms

– Translate trend research into timely content opportunities Community Management

– Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner

– Flag customer service escalations to the relevant team

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

– 2–4 years of social media management, preferably in Sports, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands

– Hands-on experience managing multiple platforms simultaneously (Instagram, TikTok, and at least one other)

– Demonstrated experience running email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)

– Some familiarity with AI writing tools — personal or professional use both count

– Experience with analytics platforms: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics,

or similar

Skills

– Strong written English; Arabic is a plus

– Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools

– Comfort with data — able to read dashboards, spot trends, and communicate findings clearly

– Understanding of social algorithms and content formats across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Mindset

– Curious and self-directed — you don't wait to be told what's trending

– Efficient — you look for smarter ways to work, not just harder ones

– Detail-oriented — brand consistency, caption accuracy, and send timing matter to you

NICE TO HAVE

– Experience with BigCommerce, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms

– Knowledge of tennis, padel, or sports fashion

– Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)

– Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar) — not required, a bonus
