Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our current HR technology systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and execute system enhancements, and ensure seamless integration between various HR systems. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements. Train and support HR team members on the effective use of HR technology systems. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and make recommendations for implementing new systems or upgrades. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all HR technology processes. Act as a point of contact for HR technology vendors, managing contracts, and maintaining positive relationships. Lead and mentor a team of HR technology analysts, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
