We combine marketing automation, CRM technology, performance reporting, and trained human support to help firms build a more responsive and measurable client-acquisition operation. We are looking for a compassionate, organized Legal Intake & Conversion Specialist to help law firms respond to prospective clients quickly and professionally. You will support the communication and administrative process between an initial inquiry and the law firm’s consultation process. You will not provide legal advice or decide whether a matter should be accepted. What you’ll do - Respond promptly and professionally to new inquiries. - Gather approved, non-legal preliminary information. - Schedule consultations based on each firm’s procedures. - Maintain clear and accurate CRM records. - Follow approved communication and follow-up workflows. - Escalate urgent, sensitive, or unclear situations to the law firm. - Help improve scripts, workflows, and client experiences. - Respect confidentiality and all applicable privacy requirements. What we’re looking for - Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. - Law Background / Foundational Knowledge of legal area - Calm, empathetic communication. - Strong attention to detail. - Experience in customer service, intake, call handling, or appointment scheduling. - Good judgment when handling sensitive conversations. - Ability to follow scripts while still sounding natural and human. - Strong written and spoken English.
